Refund policy

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

For all non-sale items we accept returns for refunds up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. For all non-sale sandals, returns for refunds are accepted in any condition up to 30 days after delivery. For all products we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Return shipping must be paid by the customer.

For all products we offer free exchanges. In the event of an exchange for any reason, please email us at gurus@ilovegurus and we will help facilitate return shipping and exchange for a better product, color or size.

Returns are not accepted for sale items.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at gurus@ilovegurus.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
