These exercises are perfect to help strengthen you on your way to becoming a better and stronger yogi. The best thing about these exercises as well is they can easily be done while watching your favorite show or listening to your favorite tunes.
- Bridge Pose
- Leg raises
- Boat pose
- Downward dog ab crunches
We recommend starting off with at least 10 minutes a day and don't stress if you can't complete the full range of motion. Consistency is what is important here.
